Storage:

Our cheeses are made fresh with live vegan cultures. Keep them refrigerated. They will last about a week from when you'll receive them, and most of our meats and cheeses can be frozen to prolong that life. Frozen cheese and meat can last several weeks. 

If the cheese is wrapped when you receive it (especially if it's been frozen and shipped to you), unwrap the cheese from the plastic wrap and loosely wrap it in parchment paper where it can get a little fresh air to cut down on condensation. (Condensation will make your cheese go bad much faster and attract the wrong kinds of mold.)  

If your cheese came unwrapped in a bakery box and you don't plan on eating it right away, loosely wrap cheese separately in parchment paper and keep refrigerated or frozen. 

Thaw frozen cheese before cutting or eating. 

Free Local Pickup:

Our production space is located at Globe Dye Works (4500 Worth Street Philadelphia, PA 19124) in the Frankford neighborhood of Philadelphia. Please note, it is not a restaurant or storefront, it's just a pickup location. Schedule your order with our scheduler at checkout, and we'll have your order for you in the lobby. UPS Shipping (outside of Philly):

Currently, we are shipping using UPS Next Day Air & UPS Next Day Air Saver. (Next Day Air arrives around noon, Next Day Air Saver around 3pm according to the UPS website.) The rates are calculated through UPS for the size and weight of the package, and the distance it will go (we ship from Philadelphia). Please email us with any questions.

Shipping orders go out on Mondays, Tuesdays and Wednesdays. Please use the scheduler at checkout to select the day your order will ship, and then you should receive it the following day.

Local Philly Delivery:

We deliver throughout the city of Philadelphia- if your address says "Philadelphia", you're in our range (including Manayunk, the North East, West Philly, etc.) We also deliver to some suburbs close to Philly! Just enter your shipping address at checkout, and if your zip code is within our range you'll be offered the local delivery option.

Deliveries go out between 11am and 4pm on your selected date. Please ensure your contact info and shipping address are correct, as we will use this info to get your order to you. If you have time restrictions, just email us and we'll do our best to work something out!
