Your vegan cheese and meat will be wrapped, frozen, and shipped with non-toxic and reusable dry ice packets in a thermal bag. To prolong the life of your Ladybug Cheese Board of the Month, keep frozen for up to a month, then thaw before eating. We use UPS Next-Day Air Saver shipping. The price of shipping is included in the product price.

If you select the occuring monthly subscription, you will be charged when you order, then every month after (unless you cancel). All orders will ship on the 3rd Monday of the month regardless of when you're billed.

If you select a pre-paid option, you will be charged the full amount upon ordering (minus the subscribe & save discount), then you will receive a box every month for 3 or 6 months, shipped the 3rd Monday of every month.

Please refrigerate upon arrival.

The "cheese" and "meat" can be frozen and stored for up to a month.

To eat right away, thaw (or rechill) to refrigerator temperature. If your cheese has warmed up to room temperature from shipping, it's okay! Just put it in the fridge to rechill.

If the cheese appears damaged, please contact us and we will work on a replacement.
