Our mildly sharp, blue mold bloom-rinded, Shropshire-esque blend of of cashews, white miso and annatto oil gets aged for two months and then comes out of the Ladybug cave and into your dairy-free cheese board! We almost called this monster "Little Shrop of Horrors" but we went with Audrey Jr. for shorthand. Try it with a rich, smoky Sauterne or a tawny Port and yes, it's totally dentist safe! (Contains cashews, Penicillium Candidum.)
