Ah, cheddar. The cheese of cheeses. Our version is semi soft and spreadable, and cultured just long enough to get that sharp tangy cheddar flavor we all know and love. It's a very agreeable cheese with a great personality, as such, it likes to party with pretty much anything your charcuterie board wants to throw at it, apples, pears, grapes, hazelnuts, cashews, mustard...you name it. This cheddar is money.
