Cashews and coconut milk are infused with white wine and a rhubarb-strawberry jam, then rinded in edible rose petals and marigold for our Aleida cheese, a cheese named after Adam's mom because of the love that went into it and the scolding he'll likely get after she finds out how much of it he's been eating. Try it with a Provence Rosé, Aleida's favorite. Contains cashews.
